Sri Lakshmi Varadharaja Swami Charitable Trust was formed in 2025 to serve the bhagavathas, enhance the spiritual awareness of devotees and maintaining the olden village temples. The holy scriptures say “akinchitkarasya seshatva anupapatti:” (He who does not serve his little mite, is not a devotee). Drawing the message of this saying, our trust is engaged in little services.
Objectives of the trust :
- Conducting Utsavams in various temples
Build Ramanuja Koodam in these temples with basic facilities for devotees
Arrange Prasadam for devotees
Spiritual awareness & Growth through / training program through great scholars
Incidental arrangements for spreading Sanatana Dharma
Social Service to General Public of all castes and creeds
Engage Baghavatha in activities of the trust by voluntary participations
Recent Accomplishments :
- During 2022 Panaiyur Temple Security arrangements were strengthened by our trust and certain maintenance activities were carried out at Keezha Panaiyur.
- During 2023 Full Silver Kavacham was offered to Lord Lakshminarayana temple at Irul Neeki on Pratishtothsavam Day at a cost of 3.50 lacs. In addition implemented 3 layer security (CCTV, Burgler Alarm and Electronic Lock)
- Built in 2025 Ramanuja Kootam at Terakanambi Temple measuring about 1600 sq feet and this can accommodate about 50 pilgrims with basic amenitie
